2.      Induction Program to the New Entrant PGBh Employees

Ø  At the of the orientation/induction, the entrant able:

1.      To understand their role, the department they work in the organization as a whole;

2.      To familiarize new employee about the culture, accepted practices, performance standard of the organization;

3.      To impart awareness on the newly appointed personnel on the different system and policies of the agency.

4.      To deepen participants awareness and understanding on the development directions of the province and the provincial government;

3.      Values Enrichment Program (Lenten Spiritual Recollection)

Ø  To reflect one’s self, on one’s relationship with others

Ø  To realize that forgiveness followed by reconciliation is both a gift from God and a gift to one another

Ø  To reflect on how spiritual they can improve oneself and their services to the clients;

Ø  Participants will be provided an opportunity to develop a plan of action for a change of life. Think of the aspect, attitude, behavior or action that needs to be change or improve and take action;

Ø  To experience the power of spiritual awakening; and

Ø  As public Servant – To increase commitment to foster good governance
